About the Introvert Leader

The Introvert Leader is my contribution to the conversation that is beginning on introverts who become leaders. I wish I had such a resource in the last few years. Though I have been in a leadership position for a while, I have found it difficult, in part because it's really difficult for me to filter, parse, and analyze the large amount of input I get on a daily basis. Ever since I found a conversation on introverts as leaders (and a growing literature in the management section), I have become more confident.
